System and method for predicting and summarizing medical events from electronic health records

This application claims priority benefits under 35 U.S.C. § 119 to U.S. provisional application Ser. No. 62/538,112 filed Jul. 28, 2017. The entire content of the ’112 provisional application, including Appendices A and B, is incorporated by reference herein.This disclosure is directed to a system and method for predicting and summarizing medical events from electronic health records using deep learning models.
